Agentic AI Workshop for Bioconductor and R

July 31, 2026 · 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Maxwell Dworkin, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA

TipRegistration is now CLOSED.

A one-day, hands-on workshop on agentic AI for the Bioconductor and R community — what coding agents are, how to use them effectively, and how they can accelerate package development and developer workflows.

The morning is didactic: an introduction to agents, followed by skills, MCP, and effective use of agents and sub-agents. The afternoon is hands-on: agents building real projects, a focus group on Bioconductor and developer activities, and small-group deep dives on projects you care about.

ImportantBefore you arrive

Sign up for a coding agent for your own use before the workshop — you’ll need it for the afternoon sessions. See Before You Arrive for options and details.
